mis-en-scene paragraph

In the movie the Mis-en-scene used was to create a scary and uncomfortable effect for the audience.

The types of props that are being used are old fashion cloths to give the audience the idea that it is set back in time. The blood gives an intense scary feeling give the audience the idea that something bigger and scarier is going to happen. The setting in the dark forest is to make the audience feel scared and to give a more intense effect. The acting is over the top to make the audience feel curios and questionable. The little innocent boy at the end is used to give a warm and loving feeling for the family so then when something bad happens to them the audience will feel sad and hurt and discomfort, which is the effect the author clearly wants.

In conclusion there is a reason all these effects are used or else the movie would be useless and meaningless and the audience would have no effects or feeling towards the movie/scenes.

Filming

I was away for the majority of the time my group was filming, but so far the filming has been going well and as planned. We have got most of out scenes and just have to edit our movie, and film two more scene and then we should be ready by Friday. I think that Lucia, Mackenzie and I are going to finish the last two scenes after school on thursday as thats the only time we can finish filming.
